Fashionable Health is the home of a healthy lifestyle blog covering nutrition, weight loss, natural remedies and more. It is focused on serving the older Mom (over 40) as they transition from having to take care of their kids to their kids becoming self sufficient. They now have time for themselves and need to refocus on themselves, making sure they are healthy and disease free. Perhaps the years of putting others first has taken a toll on their health and weight. I will aim to provide information and support to those who are looking to make healthy changes.

While most people will not end up on my home page, it is meant to be a landing page for you to find healthy lifestyle articles. One of my favorite articles is my Smart Girls Guide to taking Vitamins.
